Theatre Communications Group (TCG)

The national organization for the American theatre, TCG offers a wide array of services in line with its mission: to strengthen, nurture and promote the professional not-for-profit American theatre. Awards grants, provides professional development programs, conducts advocacy campaigns, and publishes American Theatre Magazine.

International Theatre Institute (ITI)

A worldwide network, ITI aims to promote international exchange of knowledge and practice in theatre arts (drama, dance, music theatre) in order to consolidate peace and solidarity between peoples, to deepen mutual understanding and increase creative co-operation between all people in the theatre arts.

International Centre for Women Playwrights

Dedicated to the support of women playwrights around the world through networking, conferences, and other activities such as the 50/50 Awards recognizing theatres that produce seasons with 50% women playwrights.  Please note that this organization does not make cash grants.

NYFA Source is an extensive national database of awards, services, and publications for artists of all disciplines. Artists, arts organizations, and the general public can access information on over 3,400 arts organizations, 2,800 award programs, 3,100 service programs, and 900 publications for individual artists nationwide, with more programs added every day.
