In honor of S.W.A.N. Day, Margaret Danielak of Danielak Fine Art will conduct a Feminist Tour of the Virginia Steele Scott Galleries of American Art at The Huntington. Work by Harriet Goodhue Hosmer, Mary Cassatt, Louise Nevelson, Georgia O’Keeffe, Helen Frankenthaler, and others will be discussed.

Ms. Danielak is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, and is the author of the highly rated handbook, “A Gallery without Walls” (ArtNetwork Press).  A member of the Southern California Women’s Caucus for Art, she conducts independent Feminist Museum Tours and has received grants to present feminist tours of both the Norton Simon Museum in Pasadena, as well as The de Young Museum in San Francisco.
