| Free
Savernack Street is a peephole gallery in San Francisco’s Mission District. This show is a video piece by Elisabeth Ajtay:
moonABC
A photographic font created by artist Elisabeth Ajtay by using the light of the full moon as her pen becomes a documentary of cycles and time. In this iteration of an ongoing project, Ajtay uses stop-motion animation to reveal a message drawn with moonlight.
After having spent a childhood behind the iron curtain, Elisabeth Ajtay grew up in the democratic society of Western Germany. She received a diploma in communications design/photography from the University of Applied Sciences Dortmund and a Master of Fine Arts from the San Francisco Art Institute.
