Studio C Gallery and Women Painters West are pleased to announce ” Speaking of Trees, an art exhibition located at the historic Santa Fe Art Colony in downtown Los Angeles on June 3rd 2017.  Opening Reception 6 to 9 pm

The exhibit will showcase the diversity of the Women Painters West organization by showcasing paintings, drawings and collage.  All work in the exhibition will be inspired from a theme: Trees

The exhibition will be a collaborative experience joining Women Painters West and Studio C Gallery with Tree People, an environmental non-profit organization that encourages the people of L.A. to come together, to plant and care for trees, harvest the rain and renew depleted landscapes. Tree People unite with communities, to grow a greener, shadier and more water-secure city at homes, neighborhoods, schools and local mountains.

Part of the proceeds from sales will go to Tree People.

Butoh Dancer, Caroline Haydon will perform 7:30 to 8:00 pm
