Thanks to our new Executive Producer, the Tony-award-winning Pat Addiss, we are bringing The Trauma Brain Project to The Jerry Orbach Theater (to place our feet where the Fantasticks played for so long). And once again, we will have our post-performance expert panel discussion with both medical doctors and body-centered psychotherapists, where audience and health professionals alike can be educated and enlightened about this important subject.

Ending the evening with hors d’oeuvres, cash bar and a live performance of “Something Happened”, written and performed by David Friedman!

The Trauma Brain Project is a unique, three-person theatrical narrative that explores the connection between childhood sexual abuse and the myriad symptoms of PTSD which are too often missed or misdiagnosed, most significantly in women and girls. Our reading presentation is designed to leave the audience with information, understanding and tangible resources.

The piece has received an overwhelming response in both lay and professional presentations held in Houston, Chicago and New York City to date, and we are just getting started!
